Real estate investment expo for realtors and entrepreneurs

The Real Estate Investment Expo will be at San Ramon Marriott, California on May 5 and 6. The Expo is a collaboration between National Wealth Builders, The San Ramon Chamber of Commerce and Prolific Concepts.
The Expo includes a trade show with over 70 booths showcasing and promoting many properties from across the U.S. and what are described as hot international real estate markets such as France and Panama, that are becoming popular with US real estate investors.
The keynote speaker is Kendra Todd, an innovative real estate entrepreneur
and the winner of Donald Trump's hit TV show "The Apprentice." Her book Risk
& Grow Rich : How to Make Millions in Real Estate
will be released on April 11. Other top national speakers include Louis Brown,
aka, "King of Cash Flow" a sophisticated real estate investor who has been
quoted by "The Wall Street Journal" and "SmartMoney" magazine. Also speaking
will be Tom Phelan, described in the press release as a good speaker on self
directed IRAs and best selling author whose book "Rich Realtor Poor Realtor"
is dedicated to turning Real Estate agents into successful real estate investors.
Among the learning opportunities and workshops the conference will provide
real estate professionals the opportunity to earn CE Credits by attending
some of the workshops that are being offered.
A panel of national and international real estate investment experts will share their knowledge about real estate investing with moderator Mike Sarwari, NWBU's COO. "Real Estate is a great vehicle for building wealth and achieving financial independence," says Sarwari. "We at National Wealth Builders are dedicated to providing real estate education and investment opportunities through events such as our upcoming expo and at our chapter meetings."
